Crankyman - Displeased Kylee

It’s a disgruntled kylee. Her concept art from like… 2008-ish had her with black eyes and no visible irises or pupils, but I thought she looked too alien/buggish, so i scrapped it (ravenscarlett.blogspot.com/200…). I ended up compromising, keeping her yellow irises and giving her black sclera. What mutated/biological function does it serve? What side effect of her toxic meta powers could it be? I don’t know… it just looks cool.

I haven’t inked my lineart in a lifetime, so please excuse my shaky, rusty hand.
